The Process

No two companies share the exact same set of needs. We begin with a complimentary discovery session to discuss present pain points and desired achievements for your company. Based on proven results and high-level experience, I believe lasting change happens over time and through a signature blend of trainings. Once we’ve determined pain points to eliminate and identified goals, I design a custom training program that includes the following:

  • ​Employee listening sessions to determine what is happening at *all* levels, from the Director on down.
  • A training package to specifically address each companies unique needs.
  • ​Performance of required trainings.
  • Facilitation of 3, 6, and 9-month calibration follow-ups.
  • Conduct a one-year assessment of benchmarks.

In addition, I will at your request incorporate your organization’s meeting theme, mission/vision statement, or build on your existing training schedule to best fit the needs of your group.
